Spitzig Sein : OOTD

Way to fetishize my new shoes in this photo! As I mentioned a couple of posts ago,  I got myself some spikalators! They were rather common in the shops in Melbourne and in the blogs I follow, but, when I got back to Hanoi, I've been getting quite a few comments about them. I like the fact spikes have gone mainstream, in fact, love it. I like the idea of women wearing prissy little dresses with peter pan collars with spike-da-fuck-outta-ya shoes, combining stereotypes and therefore, smashing them!!

... but that's just my opinion... 

I had a belly ring when I was 17 that was a spike, so when I hugged people, I would try and jab them with it...perhaps I was a cactus in another life? What can I say? I like being spiky...

Anyway, spikes aside, today was my second day back at work after my Melbourne adventure, and strangely, just as painful as the first...

I'm wearing a suede skirt I got made in Hoi An, a blue top with lil fishkies on it from Femme Connection, some patterned tights and my new nerd necklace (similar can be found here.)

I'm all nerd in this picture! Can you see my pink hair is gone and I'm all sensible again now?

Anyway, that was my busy day at work and my standard outfit of the day. Mood? Spiky! Look how grey this city be after my sunny adventures! BOO!
